“A” Team

Exodus 18:24-25 “Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.”

This selection of leaders was done without the will of the people but there was probably wide agreement that the men selected to fill those roles were right for the job.

Principle: Get gifted people on the management team, determine their capabilities and define their responsibility.

Discussion:
1. In your opinion, what is the greatest difficulty in building a management team?
2. What are some solutions to those difficulties?
3. If you are a business owner, what is a “first step” in building your management team?
